Working as a volunteer with the United Way of Pictou County can offer you ways to meet new people, develop skills in public speaking, team building, goal setting, time management, policy development, communications, just to mention a few - and have FUN!  Volunteers are great people to work with - age and experience is irrelevant.

- Communications/Public Relations - oversees United Way's message & develops & implements Media Plan

- Campaign & special events (Millionaires' Lunch, aunted Hall, Family  PlayDay PreSchool Pranks, UCT Brunch, other)

- Community Investment Committee - annually receives applications for funding & makes recommendations to the Board

- Community Investments Review Committee
